The pet child cannot tell their pet parent that their joints hurt, and how painful it is when walking or getting up and down from lying on the floor, or their bed. Aches and pains is something that comes from aging and sometime not being as healthy as they should be, will start bothering the pet child. Your pet does not have to be young or old, crippling can come at any age, that is why the pet parent should keep an eye on their pet and how they react to things involving any movement. Visits to the pet’s veterinarian will help to determine what kind of problem there is that is actually limiting them to their usual activities.

In the wild, the dog’s ancestors who suffered from arthritic pain had a natural inborn knowledge seeking vegetation plants and herbs when they were ill. The intelligence of the wild dog is probably unbelievable to some humans, but it is a known fact that they used plants for homeopathic pet joint pain for healing purposes. But, the intelligence of the pet in our society of pet lovers is not to be dismissed, because they know and feel that something is painful and may start to lick excessively on joints that are sore. A reliable homeopathic treatment for pet joint pain is an all natural plant-based homeopathic blend that is designed to help alleviate the pet’s symptoms due to arthritis pain, and is a liquid that is absorbed quickly into their bloodstream by tissues in their mouth. Be Happy!

Joint pain is a vicious cycle in pets, much like the pain humans experience. Pain in the joints of animals will eventually turn into a situation where the pet may not even be able to walk. If your pet suffers from this ailment due to arthritis, they do not feel like moving around as they once did, and by not exercising their joints, they become very stiff and even more painful. Exercise is important because moving them lubricates the joints affected and even some exercise is better than none. It would be wonderful if our pets could speak for themselves, but pet parents know from observation that their family friend and companion are hurting. When in pain dogs lick the affected joints that are bothering them, their muscle tone has been reduced, swelling is evident, and they are reluctant to climb stairs. Homeopathic pet meds is unique because the ingredients used at levels generally understood to be non-toxic, has no negative side effects. It is possible for a dog with “pet joint pain” to be able to run and play again with treatment in relieving their pain with continuous effort in maintaining their health. Homeopathic ingredients for certain conditions are based on “homeopathic proving” that has been recorded in the Homeopathic Materia Medica. Controlling your dog’s weight is important because the excess weight on their bodies makes it so much harder for them to move around, and if they are a large dog, hip problems may begin to bother them.

There are probably many forms of medication to relieve this particular ailment, but there is available a special homeopathic medication in oral drops, and is particularly affective for arthritis and joint pain. The homeopathic liquid ingredients in this oral medication, is designed to be absorbed quickly into the bloodstream via the mouth tissues. There are several ingredients that are combined together that when administered regularly, will ease your dogs pain. Try this homeopathic treatment and know that you, as their pet parents are trying to do what is best for their health. Be Happy!

As each day passes, I find myself becoming more afraid of what to wake up to the next morning. Pope has very bad arthritis, hip dysplasia, and neurological problems and has had this for over several years. In four more months he will be 14 years old and is a most wonderful companion and friend. We have gone through many obstacles together, losing one of his pet parents, moving to another state and having to accept the idea that we no longer live in the country. He was so happy there because he could run and play on several acres of land, and chase silly little animals that would annoy him. We were not use to neighbors being so close and little mutts barking at him every time he went out into our backyard. Going through his medical problems has not been easy, but somehow he knows his limitations. He takes four pills in the morning and two at night, but he will only swallow two of them in the morning. Camouflaging the rest of his pills is the only way he will swallow them otherwise he spits them out. He is so funny watching him smelling the ones he is suspicion of. Therefore, I got smart and started to put the pills in peanut butter. That was okay for a while, but then he got the ‘runs’. So then he had to take another pill he did not like.

Frustration began to sit in because he has to take his medicine to help him move around a little better. So I really got smart this time - Armor potted meat. Talk about a success, this was it. I take a small amount of potted meat, stick the pills inside and make a meatball. Down the hatch they go! During the day he sleeps most of the time, however, at night when we are in the family room together, unbelievably, he wants to play. He has his favorite toys and will stare at me as if to say, “get with the program Mom, its play time.” This is the part that really amazes me; I am thinking to myself what is going on here? One day I feel he is not going to make it and then he surprises me. However, after sleeping most of the day, he needs some exercise so this is his way. Exercising lubricates his joints, and that is what he needs to relieve some of the pet joint pain that he experiences. He knows when it is time to stop and lay down to rest. Then here comes his second wind. From the middle of his body to the front of his chest, he is very strong. It is his hips and back legs that are becoming very weak, and is more noticeable every day. In the meantime, we just do what we can to make him comfortable. Be Happy!

Petguardianangel and Petsafetyblog wish all a Happy Easter

I was just thinking the fun we had as children growing up and having Easter egg hunts on Easter Sunday. All the preparations ahead of time dying eggs, coloring them and creating delightful Easter baskets with goodies galore. Please keep in mind that dogs love chocolate, but do not give them any because it can be fatal. You do not want to experience a tragedy that could have been avoided. Give them one of their treats they love instead.

Just because we are not children anymore does not mean that this tradition should stop, and I am quite positive that it is still a celebration that will go on … Happy Easter , and Be Happy!

Does your dog lounge around most of the day? They do not want to do anything but get up and turn around to change positions that will be a little more comfortable. This helps to change positions from one leg or hip to the other side where perhaps the pain is not as bad. Dogs suffer joint pain more than we realize and noticing changes in their behavior is so important because after all, you know your dog and their normal activities that are a daily way of life for them. Pay special attention if your dog is favoring one leg or the other. This could be a sign that they are doing this to relieve pain they may have in their joints, just like humans. The big difference is that humans can tell about it and do something to help themselves, whereas, our dog’s cannot. As your dog grows older, maintain their weight before it is too late. Dogs that are overweight could develop joint pain to include arthritis and possible hip dysplasia which is not curable. Just be careful on the amount of food you give them and monitor their treats. It is never a pleasant site to see in your dog’s eyes that they are hurting. Dogs that have pet joint pain have a tendency to lick the sore spots. Eventually this is a method of relieving their discomfort temporally.

You have probably purchased medication from your veterinarian to help relieve the pain that your dog is experiencing. It has been determined that acupuncture has done wonders on dogs if their pain is not out of control. Severe illnesses sometime do not get any better, but anything that pet parents are willing to do to help their pet, should be done. They are, and have been your constant companion and friend and your heart probably hurts watching them trying to get up and down, or trying to walk around in the house, even trying to climb stairs. There is a product called Pet Bounce that offers relief to your dog that is certainly worth a try. It is a form of homeopathic treatment with liquid drops administered daily and contains ingredients that are used as levels generally understood to be non-toxic, with no negative side effects. Homeopathic ingredients for particular conditions have proved that this method is very successful. Be Happy!

Walking becomes a problem, jumping up into your vehicle is hard to do, and your wonderful dog cannot tell you that something is not quite right. It is not like it use to be just running, playing, going for walks with their pet parents, because there is terrific pain in doing all of the activities that your dog was once able to do without pain. Perhaps age has set in sooner than you realized and health problems start affected the daily routine. Maybe you have started to notice a slight limp, or just having a hard time getting up from relaxing. Has your dog exercised on a regular basis, or just when the time was right in walking together. Busy times can affect time together and perhaps putting off that time is detrimental to you and your dog’s health. Take your dog to their veterinarian to find out what the problem is. May be that arthritis is beginning to affect your dogs joints and hips. Younger dogs can have pet joint pain as well, but it really seems to affect the larger breed of senior dogs. There are medications that your veterinarian will most likely prescribe, but other alternatives are available. Homeopathic treatment and acupuncture are recommendations to be considered, but acupuncture is a costly treatment compared to homeopathic medicine.

It is difficult watching your dog with pain because their activities are now being hampered due to agony is slowing them down. If pet parents have pains that are hard to ignore, they can do something to relieve and perhaps lessen the hurting that they feel. However, our furry friends cannot do anything other than depend on your help to make life a little easier to tolerate. Pet Bounce is a reliable homeopathic treatment that is unique because the ingredients used are at different levels of understanding, and are non-toxic. The use of homeopathic ingredients for particular conditions is based on”homeopathic proving,” and is a formula that is administered by oral drops into the pet’s mouth, and allows the medication to be absorbed quickly into the pet’s bloodstream. This will assure that your pet is receiving the Pet Bounce dosage correctly. From what I understand, this treatment will not remove the problem, but will lessen the joint pain and allow more mobility in walking, climbing stairs, running and playing. Be Happy!

Arthritis pain affects pets just as it affects human beings and is just as painful. Sometime the cold weather is a big problem causing pain more so than warmer days and lots of sunshine. Joints start to ache, and swelling become evident particularly in humans. Recognizing any swelling in your dog is difficult, but paying close attention and observing their mobility that changes are beginning to take place, is a warning sign that medication will become necessary. The sure signs of arthritis when your dog’s joints are irritated and painful, they will begin licking their joints and will sometime run into furniture, or do not always hear you right away. The treatment of homeopathic pet meds is capable of curing a number of illness and diseases in animals, such as, acute diarrhea, asthma, skin irritations, bites and stings, bleeding, chronic ailments, allergies, cancer, chronic gastric and intestinal problems, and arthritis.

Homeopathic treatment in dogs will help to calm their pain by using this remedy. Humans have used this method for centuries, however success has been gained in using a few drops a day of medication containing a minute dosage which stimulates the dogs body by healing themselves. Popularity has increased with homeopathic pet meds. Homeopathy is a natural therapeutic method opposed to highly expensive prescribed medications, and stimulates the dog’s body into healing or at least alleviating some of their pain. Centuries ago, animals healed their wounds by seeking out healing herbs of many varieties, but this is not to say that you should not contact your veterinarian. If you are in doubt what medical issue is affecting your dog, have them checked out. Depending on the severity of the illness, must be the guide for the pet parent to discuss methods of urgency care in order to keep your pet safe. If you are a cat lover, consider this method as well. Let no stone be unturned. Be Happy!

The use of homeopathic medicine to treat pets is not new, but the use of this natural treatment has generated more attention in recent years. Homeopathic treatments will not cause side effects and stimulates the pets own immune system in the process of healing. Homeopathy that has been around since the 1700′s and has benefited humans, so it is accepted for our pets in giving them a better chance of living a long and healthy life. Remedies are produced by using flower essences from 38 different botanical plants and are created by floating blossoms in water for several hours, or boiling them usually for half an hour. Much of the preparation used in the development of homeopathic pet meds is by isolating chemicals in plants, and using herbs to cure diseases and heal injuries. Considerable research is put into ingredients in formulas used to produce homeopathic med. Herbal medicine had been used by settlers and natives for many different cures and in some areas, is still used.

A convenient method of using herbs is chopped, and steeped in warm water to break down cellulose before administering to dogs. This is because the digestion is difficult for the dog. Herbs can also be used by pet parents to keep fleas off, cure digestive upsets that are not severe, and soothe skin that is irritated. This information has been related to the pet parent by articles read in homeopathic treatments. Arthritis can be controlled with various levels of relief by using liquid oral drops. Dogs and cats will experience relief and may return to some of their normal activities. Our pets cannot tell us about their arthritic pains when trying to get up and down stairs, or have less inclination in jumping or climbing. This is the reason the pet parent should pay particular attention to their dog or cats walking, limping and favoring one side of the body to the other. Pet Bounce is a reliable source of homeopathic treatment and easy to administer. Be Happy!

Dogs that are aging will suffer joint pain that will cause discomfort in getting up and down. Arthritis will start to set in causing pet joint pain and if your dog is overweight, will cause even worse discomfort for them in their ability in moving around. Your dog should have visits to their veterinarian at least once a year. Large dogs start to slow down with noticeable change in their behavior as they age. Joint pain affects some smaller breeds if aging starts to progress rapidly. This may not always be the case, but it is certainly important in maintaining their health as best as you possibly can. They are part of your family and no one wants to experience conditions that take away some of their mobility. Dog’s joints deteriorate just like humans, and comfort is necessary to reduce pressure by having a soft orthopedic bed for them to sleep on. Raising their food bowl and water bowl up from the floor, relieves the pressure in having to stoop down to the floor to eat and drink.

Seasons change and when cold weather starts in early fall, try to maintain your walks with your dog. Understanding that they are getting old, does not mean exercise should stop. Walking helps to reduce stress on their joints, but be aware of when they become tired and start slowing down in their stride. Cold weather is hard on dogs with having pet joint pain, and you, as their pet parent will be particular in what they are allowed to do. Swimming is excellent if there is some place available for your dog to swim. This is wonderful on their joints and relieves a good deal of their pain as they exercise. Your dog will love you even more for being considerate in taking care of them. Be Happy!

Oh my goodness, trying to give my dog his medication is like trying to open a lion’s mouth. My Chocolate Lab will clamp down so hard I cannot even pry his mouth open unless I use a dog mouth opener if there was such a thing. Unbelievable, I have tried to gently open his mouth and put it back in his throat but guess what, he spits it back out. No way Jose! This medication is for his thyroid that he takes twice a day, but he has two other pills he takes once a day for his arthritis and hip dysplasia. They must taste like a T-bone steak because he actually waits for them every morning. I found a dog food sausage that I was putting the thyroid pills in, but all of the sudden he decided -no more.

Then ‘lo and behold’ the vet prescribed another pill for his hip dysplasia, now what do I do. The girl that clips his nails told me to take a Vienna sausage and cut it in half, then push the pills down the middle, which seemed logical. Well at first, it worked, but after he found out what was inside, he separated the pills and ate the sausage. Then, here comes the peanut butter that was very tasty, but then after a few days, he got the runs. Here comes another pill to fix that problem. All of the sudden the light went on. I will use potted meat spread, make a little ball, stick all the pills in there, and serve it to him on a fancy plate. Well I should have a medal for this. He loves it that way with no more fuss, at least not yet. I am sure all of us pet lovers have heard the statement “dumb animals,” well if anyone is dumb it probably was me. I should have been smarter than my dog. Now I must plan a different route if he decides he’s had enough room service. Perhaps homeopathic pet meds would be the answer. Be Happy!
